Strongly rooted in the Vail Valley, Keegan’s passion for design draws from his diverse experience in world travel, art, and construction. He prides himself on projects that integrate timeless, bold design — infused with contemporary influences — that make people more attuned to their surrounding environments. He encourages collaboration, and carefully curates functional homes that inspire a balanced lifestyle.

Keegan was formerly with Berglund Architects for 15 years, where he designed award-winning, high-end custom residential homes throughout the Vail Valley and Islands of the West Indies.

He brings a high degree of technical expertise to the team, using emerging technologies and state-of-the-art 3-D computer modeling which results in innovative designs and comprehensive construction documents. He’s also experienced in sustainable green buildings practices and has completed projects with various levels of LEED certification.

Keegan holds a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design with an emphasis in architecture from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was formerly a member of the US Marine Corps, completing a tour of Iraq in 2007. He has been a licensed architect since 2015 and a member of the AIA.
